Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz of Gin
- 1/2 oz of Noilly Prat Ambre vermouth (alt: sweet vermouth)
- 1/2 oz of green chartreuse (alt: chartreuse)
- 1/2 oz of fino sherry
- orange bitters
Instructions
Combine ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Stir well for 20 seconds and strain into a chilled martini glass. Twist a piece of lemon peel over the drink and use as garnish. This recipe is courtesy of The Bar at the Baccarat Hotel in New York City.More cocktails with gin
