2 oz of Gin
1/2 oz of campari
3/4 oz of Lemon Juice
1/2 oz of simple syrup
1 tsp of benedictine
1 tsp of pomegranate molasses (or Molasses)
1 oz of soda water
1 twist of grapefruit peel
Mix from tin to tin with ice, strain over ice, add soda & grapefruit peel
