Ingredients: 2 slice of Cucumber; 2 oz of Irish whiskey; 1/2 oz of St Germain; 3/4 oz of Lemon Juice; 3/4 oz of simple syrup; 1 slice of Cucumber

2 slice of Cucumber
2 oz of Irish whiskey
1/2 oz of St Germain
3/4 oz of Lemon Juice
3/4 oz of simple syrup
1 slice of Cucumber

In a shaker, muddle the cucumber slices. Add remaining ingredients and fill shaker with ice. Shake vigorously, and fine-strain into a chilled rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with a cucumber slice.
