Bahamian Goombay Smash - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 oz of Dark rum
  • 3/4 oz of coconut rum
  • 1/4 oz of Triple Sec
  • 1/4 oz of Lemon Juice
  • 3 oz of Pineapple Juice
  • 1 dash of sugar syrup (alt: simple syrup)

    • Instructions

    Shake well. Serve in Hurricane glass w/cracked ice, a cherry and a sliced lemon on top of glass.
