Ingredients

1 cl of Lemon Juice

4 cl of Pineapple Juice

5 cl of soda water

3 cl of Beefeater gin (alt: gin)

2 cl of blue curacao liqueur

Instructions

Pour gin and blue curacao into an ice-filled collins glass. Add lemon juice, pineapple juice and soda. Stir, and garnish with a long lemon twist, a cherry and mint leaves.
