1 1/2 oz of scotch whisky
1/2 oz of sweet sherry (or dark sherry)
1 oz of Mandarin Juice
1/2 oz of Lime Juice
3 oz of dry ginger ale (or Ginger ale)
Shake with a glassful of broken ice and pour unstrained into a highball glass. Add the ginger ale, garnish with a cherry and orange slice, and serve.
