Mekong - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 oz of peach schnapps
  • 1/2 oz of banana liqueur
  • 1/2 oz of Orange Juice
  • 1/2 oz of Pineapple Juice
  • 1 splash of heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 oz of Malibu coconut rum (alt: coconut rum)
  • 1/2-3/4 oz of melon liqueur
  • 1/4-1/2 oz of Pina Colada Mix
  • 1/2 oz of Strawberry Schnapps
  • 1/4 oz of blue curacao liqueur
  • 1 dash of 7-up soda (alt: sprite)

    • Instructions

    Mix the first ten ingredients (malibu, peach, strawberry, banana, melon, blue, orange juice, pineapple juice, pina mix, 7-up) in a shaker. Pour into a hurricane glass, then top with cream. Serve with fresh fruit (except lime), and some filberts if desired.
