Molokai Mike - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 oz of white rum (alt: light rum)
- 1/2 oz of Brandy
- 1 oz of Orange Juice
- 1 oz of Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz of almond syrup
- 1/2 oz of Dark rum
- 1/3 oz of grenadine syrup
Instructions
1. Shake white rum, brandy, juices and almond syrup together in a cocktail shaker. Strain into a highball glass two-thirds filled with crushed ice and mix.2. Combine dark rum and grenadine with sufficient crushed ice to produce a sorbet/sherbet, and gently add to the top of the cocktail.
3. Garnish with in-season fruit, and serve with straws.
