Crush 2 cardamom pods. Slice the lemn into rounds. Use 1 inch of fresh ginger. Bring all ingredients to a simmer over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer for roughly 15 minutes. Strain the mixture and divide between two large mugs or pint glasses. If you choose, garnish with additional lemon slices or cinnamon sticks. Serves 2.More cocktails with ipa beer
