Picker's Peach - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 oz of Dark rum
  • 1 oz of Orange Juice
  • 3/4 oz of Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp of pecher mignon peach liqueur (alt: tropical blue liqueur)
  • 1 1/2 oz of white rum (alt: light rum)
  • 1/3 of ripe, peeled peach (alt: peach)
  • 1 oz of peach schnapps
  • 1/2 tsp of caster sugar (alt: sugar)

    • Instructions

    Blend in a blender until smooth. Add a glassful of crushed ice and blend again briefly. Pour into a collins glass and garnish with a wedge-like slice of peach, speared with a cherry. Serve with straws.
