Pineapple Upside-Down Cake #2 - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 oz of Vodka
  • 1 splash of grenadine syrup
  • 1/2 oz of Bailey's Irish Cream (alt: irish cream)
  • 1/2 oz of Pineapple Juice
  • 1/2 oz of dekuyper buttershots liqueur (alt: butterscotch liqueur)

Instructions

Pour Irish cream, vodka, DeKuyper Buttershots and pineapple juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice. Shake and strain into a shot glass. Slowly add a splash of grenadine to the bottom of each shot glass, and serve.
