Profondo Rosso - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
- 2.25 oz of yellow chartreuse (alt: chartreuse)
- 2 oz of grenadine syrup
- crushed ice (alt: ice)
- 6 oz of Bombay Sapphire gin (alt: gin)
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a martini shaker, and give it a solid mixing. Pour directly into glasses and serve.Serves 2 to 4, depending on client�le.
n.b.: Depending on the quality and consistency of the grenadine syrup, more or less may be required in order to produce the desired 'deep red' colouration.
