Yellow Bell - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz of Gin
- 3/4 oz of Lime Juice
- 1/2 oz of Herbal Liqueur
- 1/2 oz of Honey Syrup
- 2 slice of green bell pepper (alt: bell pepper)
- 1 dash of bitters
Instructions
Muddle 1 slice of bell pepper with honey syrup (save 1 slice for garnish), add remaining ingredients and shake. Double strain into a coupe with garnish with other slice of bell pepper.More cocktails with gin
