Farmers Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 2 oz of Veev
  • 1 oz of tomato juice
  • 3/4 oz of Lime Juice
  • 3/4 oz of simple syrup
  • 1/4 oz of Aperol
  • Watermelon
  • cherry tomatoes (alt: tomatoes)

    • Instructions

    Cube the watermelon into 3 one-inch-thick cubes. Add all ingredients, except tomatoes, into cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and double strain into a highball glass. Garnish with cherry tomatoes.
