1/2 oz of Dark rum
1 oz of Orange Juice
3/4 oz of Lemon Juice
1 tsp of pecher mignon peach liqueur (or Tropical Blue liqueur)
1 1/2 oz of white rum (or Light Rum)
1/3 of ripe, peeled peach (or Peach)
1 oz of peach schnapps
1/2 tsp of caster sugar (or sugar)
Blend in a blender until smooth. Add a glassful of crushed ice and blend again briefly. Pour into a collins glass and garnish with a wedge-like slice of peach, speared with a cherry. Serve with straws.
