1 oz of Cognac

1/2 oz of Cointreau (alt: orange liqueur)

1/2 oz of Lemon Juice

Instructions

Stir together cognac, Cointreau (or triple sec), and lemon juice; set aside. Put as much ice as you want into a blender. Blend, using the ice-crushing option if available.
