The Volstead - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3/4 oz of Vodka
  • 3/4 oz of St Germain (alt: elderflower cordial)
  • 3/4 oz of Lemon Juice
  • 3/4 oz of simple syrup
  • fresh strawberries (alt: strawberries)
  • Champagne

    • Instructions

    Add vodka, St Germain, lemon juice, simple syrup, and 3 fresh strawberries to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously until the juice of the strawberries has turned the liquid a bright reddish-pink. Strain into a coupe glass, top with champagne, and garnish with a strawberry.
