Ingredients
- 2 oz of Gin
- 1/2 oz of Herbal Liqueur
- 1/2 oz of simple syrup
- 3/4 oz of Lime Juice
- 2 sprig of mint
- 1 oz of Tonic water
- 1 oz of club soda (alt: clear soda)
- 1 dash of Peychaud's Bitters
Instructions
Build in a shaker, add mint sprig, shake briefly. Strain over fresh ice in a collins glass, top with equal parts tonic and soda water, about an ounce of each. Garnish with other mint sprig and float Peychaud's on top.More cocktails with gin
