Absinth Sour - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 oz of sugar syrup (alt: simple syrup)
  • 2 tsp of Lime Juice
  • 1 oz of absinth absinthe herbal liqueur (alt: allspice liqueur)
  • 1 oz of clear water (alt: orange flower water)

    • Instructions

    Shake all ingredients together and strain over ice into a old fashioned/rock glass. Garnish with lemon and anis star.
