Absinthe Cocktail (Frappe)

  • 2 1/4 oz of absinthe
  • 1 dash of Anise
  • 3/4 oz of water
  • 1/2 tsp of gomme syrup (alt: simple syrup)
  • 1 dash of orange bitters
  • 1 dash of bitters
  • 1 tsp of egg white (alt: egg)
  • 1 twist of Lime Peel
  • 1 twist of lemon peel

    • Instructions

    Serve over crushed ice with twists for garnish.
