Absinthe Colada - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 oz of absinthe
  • 1/2 oz of Martinique Rum (alt: light rum)
  • 1 oz of Pineapple Juice
  • 1 oz of coconut syrup
  • 1 tsp of Creme de menthe (alt: mint liqueur)
  • 1 sprig of mint

    • Instructions

    Shake, strain over crushed ice in a Collins or hurricane glass, garnish with slapped mint.
