Absinthe House Frappe - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz of Herbsaint (alt: absinthe)
  • 1/2 oz of simple syrup
  • club soda (alt: clear soda)
  • mint leaves

    • Instructions

    In a cocktail shaker with ice, muddle 6-8 mint leaves and simple syrup. Add the absinthe and shake to chill. Strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice, top with club soda, and garnish with a sprig of mint.
