Absinthe Liqueur #2 - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle of Vodka
  • 50 g of sugar
  • 50 ml of Anise Extract
  • 1 tbsp of chopped licorice (alt: pernod licorice liqueur)
  • 1 of twig wormwood (alt: wormwood extract)

    • Instructions

    Mix together and let sit a few days. Strain through a coffee filter. To serve mix 1 part absinthe to 4 parts water, add ice, enjoy.
