Acapulco Clam Digger - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 oz of tomato juice
  • 3 oz of clam juice
  • 1 1/2 oz of Tequila
  • 1 of splashfresh lemon juice (alt: vegetable juice)
  • worcestershire sauce
  • tabasco sauce
  • 3/4 tbsp of Horseradish

    • Instructions

    Mix over cracked ice in an lowball glass. Garnish with a slice of lemon. Note: you can substitute Clamato juice (6 oz.) for the tomato juice and the clam juice.
