Addington - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz of dry vermouth
  • 1 1/2 oz of sweet vermouth
  • 3-4 oz of club soda (alt: clear soda)

    • Instructions

    Add vermouths to a highball glass filled with ice cubes. Fill with carbonated water and add a twist of lemon.

    Serve in coupe glass.

    Garnish with lemon zest twist.

  • Spiritous with just the right amount of sweetness. The lemon twist plays very nicely against the Benedictine (which does great work for such a small amount).
