Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz of dry oloroso sherry (alt: fortified wine)
- 1 1/2 oz of sweet vermouth
- 2 dash of orange bitters
- orange peel
Instructions
In a mixing glass with ice, stir together the sherry, vermouth, and bitters. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with an orange peel.Serve in coupe glass.
Garnish with orange zest twist.
