Amaro di Cocco - Cocktail Recipe

  • 1 oz of Jamaican rum (alt: gold rum)
  • 3/4 oz of Pineapple Juice
  • 3/4 oz of campari
  • 3/4 oz of sweet vermouth
  • 3/4 oz of Coconut Cream
  • 1/4 oz of Jamaican rum (alt: gold rum)

    • Instructions

    Shake, strain into a white wine glass, cover with crushed ice, float rum, serve with straws.
