Ingredients: 1 oz of Applejack; 1 oz of Cognac; 1/4 oz of Triple Sec; 1 oz of Lemon Juice; 2 oz of brut Champagne

1 oz of Applejack

1 oz of Cognac

1/4 oz of Triple Sec

1 oz of Lemon Juice

2 oz of brut Champagne (alt: champagne)

Instructions

Shake ingredients together with ice, EXCEPT champagne. Strain mix into champagne flute and pour champagne on top with lemon peel garnish.

Serve in coupe glass.

Garnish with dust with grated nutmeg.
