Ingredients
- 1 of egg
- 1 tsp of powdered sugar (alt: sugar)
- 1 oz of apple juice
- 6 oz of club soda (alt: clear soda)
- 1 1/2 oz of Applejack Brandy
- 1 tbsp of Lemon Juice
Instructions
Pour the brandy, lemon juice, egg white, sugar and apple juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well. Strain over a few ice cubes in a collins glass. Add club soda, and serve.More cocktails with egg
