1/2 cup of svanilla yoghurt (or yoghurt)
1 cup of unsweetened apple sauce (or Tabasco sauce)
25 oz of sparkling apple cider (or Apple Cider)
1/2 of ground tspfresh cinnamon (or cinnamon vodka)
Combine first 3 ingredients in a small bowl, cover and freeze 4 hours or until firm, stirring occasionally. To serve, spoon 1/2 cup yogurt mixture into each of 5 serving glasses, top each with 1/4 cup sparkling apple cider, and stir until well blended. Reserve remaining cider for another use.
