Asian Iced Tea - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 cup of iced tea (alt: tea)
  • 1/2 cup of filtered sake (alt: sake)
  • 1/2 cup of Light Rum
  • 1/2 cup of ginger syrup
  • ice
  • orange zest
  • crystallized ginger (alt: ginger)

Instructions

Steep iced tea: use good-quality green tea and without simple syrup. Combine iced tea, sake, rum, and syrup in a large pitcher with ice. Taste and add more syrup if desired. Pour into iced tea glasses over ice and sprinkle orange zest on top. Float a piece of crystallized ginger on top and serve.
