Ingredients: 1 1/2 oz of Mezcal; 3/4 oz of Triple Sec; 1/4 oz of St Germain; 1/4 oz of Lime Juice; 1/4 oz of Lemon Juice

1 1/2 oz of Mezcal (alt: tequila)

3/4 oz of Triple Sec

1/4 oz of St Germain (alt: elderflower cordial)

1/4 oz of Lime Juice

1/4 oz of Lemon Juice

Instructions

Add the sugar and citrus juices to a cocktail shaker and stir. Add a small handful of fresh raspberries and muddle thoroughly. Add ice, mezcal, Grand Marnier, and St. Germain and shake. Strain through a mesh strainer into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a fresh sprig of mint.
