Azoteas Verdes Margarita - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 oz of Tequila
  • 1 oz of Lime Juice
  • 3/4 oz of agave nectar
  • Avignon radish (alt: radish)
  • kale leaf
  • green bell pepper (alt: bell pepper)
  • lime wedge

    • Instructions

    Combine 2 strips of green bell pepper, chopped pepper, chopped radish, and kale leaf in a shaker and muddle. Add remaining ingredients and ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a kale leaf and lime wedge. This recipe is courtesy of Jaime Salas, the Eastern US Ambassador for Milagro Tequila.
