Bailey's Banana Vanilla Thrilla - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp of sugar
  • 7 oz of Bailey's Irish Cream (alt: irish cream)
  • 1 cup of coconut milk
  • 1 of banana
  • 1 of pinchshredded coconuts
  • 2 of dropsyellow food coloring (alt: green food coloring)
  • 2 scoop of vanilla ice cream (alt: ice cream)
  • 6 of ice cubes (alt: ice)

    • Instructions

    Add all liquids in blender with banana and ice cream; blending until smooth. Add ice and sugar, and pulse until a smoothie consistency is reached. Garnish with coconut. Makes 2-3 500ml servings. For a fancier garnish, use the head of a tropical flower.
