Barrel Aged Vieux Carre - Cocktail Recipe

  • 3/4 oz of rye
  • 3/4 oz of Cognac
  • 3/4 oz of sweet vermouth
  • 1/2 tsp of benedictine
  • 1 dash of Peychaud's Bitters
  • 1 dash of bitters

    • Instructions

    Combine all ingredients in a 1-liter oak barrel. Taste daily. I like it at a week. Remove when it's to your liking.
