Ingredients
- 2 oz of Bourbon
- 3/4 oz of Lemon Juice
- 3/4 oz of Honey Syrup
- 1/2 oz of cream
- 1/2 oz of egg white (alt: egg)
- 2 oz of beer
Instructions
Dry shake the bourbon, honey, lemon, and egg white until frothy. Add ice and the cream and shake. Strain into a Collins glass or preferably a beer mug, topping with High Life (or other highly carbonated beer).
