Belfast Bomb - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pint of Guinness stout (alt: dark beer)
  • 1/2 oz of Hennessy Cognac (alt: cognac)
  • 1/2 oz of Bailey's Irish Cream (alt: irish cream)

    • Instructions

    Pour the Bailey's Irish cream into a shot glass. Add the Hennessy cognac brandy. Drop the shot glass into a half-pint of Guinness lager, and chug.
