Big Chill #2 - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 oz of Dark rum
  • 1 oz of cream
  • 1/2 tsp of sugar
  • 1 oz of Kahlua coffee liqueur (alt: coffee liqueur)
  • 4 oz of cold coffee (alt: coffee)
  • 1 oz of vanilla ice cream (alt: ice cream)

    • Instructions

    Pour the dark rum, Kahlua, coffee, cream and sugar into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, and strain into a highball glass 2/3 filled with ice cubes. Top with vanilla ice cream, and serve.
