Bitter Rabbit - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
- 1/2 oz of fernet
- 1/2 oz of Gin
- 1/2 oz of Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz of strawberry syrup
- 2 oz of brut Champagne (alt: champagne)
- 1 twist of lemon peel
Instructions
Shake fernet, gin, lemon juice and strawberry syrup with ice. Strain into coupe glass, top with champagne, cava or sparkling wine. Garnish with lemon peel.More cocktails with fernet branca
