Black Stripe - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
- 3 oz of Dark rum
- 2 tsp of Molasses
- 1 of cinnamon
- 4 oz of boiling water (alt: water)
Instructions
Dissolve the molasses in a mug with some boiling water. Add the cinnamon, a lemon twist and the remaining water. Float rum on top and ignite. Let the flame burn for a few seconds then stir to extinguish it and sprinkle some nutmeg on top to garnish.More cocktails with dark rum
