Ingredients
- 200 ml of Coconut Cream
- 120 ml of bundaberg dark rum (alt: dark rum)
- dry ginger ale (alt: ginger ale)
- 1/2 of freshly crushed pineapple (alt: pineapple juice)
Instructions
Crush the pineapple in a blender with ice and add coconut cream and rum and pulse blend for 3 clicksServe in tall cocktail glass - poco grande is excellent - presents a taste sensation about to happen
Fill glass 3/4 full and top with ginger ale
Garnish with mint leaves
Can rim glass with sugar if desired
