Ingredients

  • 3 oz of Pina Colada Mix
  • 1 of pineapple
  • 1 oz of non fat plain yoghurt (alt: yoghurt)
  • 1 of blueberries
  • 1 of raspberries

    • Instructions

    Blend all ingredients with crushed ice. Serve in a well chilled tall glass. Garnish with fresh raspberries and pineapple wedges.
