Ingredients: 1 1/2 oz of bourbon whiskey; 2 1/2 oz of club soda; 1/2 oz of tawny port; 2 tsp of water; 1 twist of lemons; 1 tsp of superfine sugar; 1/8 tsp of ground cinnamon; 1/8 tsp of grated nutmeg

Ingredients

1 1/2 oz of bourbon whiskey

2 1/2 oz of club soda (alt: clear soda)

1/2 oz of tawny port (alt: port)

2 tsp of water

1 twist of lemons

1 tsp of superfine sugar (alt: sugar)

1/8 tsp of ground cinnamon (alt: cinnamon)

1/8 tsp of grated nutmeg (alt: nutmeg)

Instructions

Pour bourbon whiskey and water into a highball glass. Add sugar, allow to dissolve. Almost fill the glass with crushed ice and club soda. Float the tawny port on top. Garnish with a twist of lemon peel, sprinkle with nutmeg and cinnamon, and serve.
