Bufala Negra - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz of Bourbon
- 4 leaf of basil
- 1 cube of brown sugar (alt: sugar)
- 1/2 oz of simple syrup
- 2 oz of Ginger beer
Instructions
Muddle the balsamic syrup, basil and sugar cube in a mixing tin. Add bourbon and ice and shake hard. Strain over fresh ice cubes into an Old Fashioned. Top with ginger beer and garnish with basil leaf.More cocktails with bourbon whiskey
