8 oz of lemon yoghurt (alt: yoghurt)

7 of large strawberries (alt: strawberries)

Instructions

1. Place strawberries in a plastic container and freeze for about an hour.

2. In a blender, combine frozen strawberries, yogurt and orange juice. Blend until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and serve.
