Campton Place Cafe Sonia - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

  • Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 oz of amaretto almond liqueur (alt: almond liqueur)
  • 1 tsp of sugar
  • 3/4 oz of metaxa 7 star (alt: dijon mustard)
  • 1/2 oz of tia maria coffee liqueur (alt: coffee liqueur)
  • chilled heavy cream (alt: heavy cream)
  • hot black coffee (alt: coffee)

    • Instructions

    Lightly beat the cream adding a few drops of the vanilla extract.

    Add the Metaxa, Amaretto, and Tia Maria to a warmed 7-oz. mug. Pour in coffee. Taste for sweetness: add sugar if desired.

    Top with beaten cream.
