Cantaloupe Cooler - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp of freshley squeezed lime juice (alt: lime juice)
  • 8 of ice
  • 1 of cantaloupe melon
  • 1 of Salt
  • 1/4 cup of tightly packed mint (alt: peppermint extract)
  • 1/2 cup of ice water (alt: watermelon vodka)

    • Instructions

    Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately, as the cooler will separate upon standing. Makes about 3 1/2 cups.
