Ingredients: 1 oz of Pineapple Juice; 1 dash of grenadine syrup; 1 oz of whaler's pineapple paradise rum; 1/2 oz of grand marnier orange liqueur; 2 oz of Champagne; 1 slice of strawberry

Ingredients

1 oz of Pineapple Juice

1 dash of grenadine syrup

1 oz of whaler's pineapple paradise rum (alt: coconut rum)

1/2 oz of grand marnier orange liqueur (alt: orange liqueur)

2 oz of Champagne

1 slice of strawberry

Instructions

Pour the Whaler's Pineapple Paradise rum into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Add the Grand Marnier orange liqueur, pineapple juice and grenadine. Shake well and strain into a champagne glass. Top with Champagne. Garnish with a strawberry slice on the rim, and serve.
