Champagne Passion - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz of passion-fruit puree (alt: peach puree)
- 1/2 oz of alize liqueur
- simple syrup
- Champagne
Instructions
Pour passion fruit puree into a champagne saucer and stir in the simple syrup (to taste). Slowly add the champagne whilst stirring gently. Float the alize on top, and serve.More cocktails with peach puree
