Mixed Drink Recipe from Cocktail Builder
1 1/2 oz of mango puree
1 oz of Maraschino liqueur
4 oz of Champagne
Pour the mango puree into a mixing glass, then slowly add the champagne whilst stirring gently. Float the maraschino on top, and serve.
